Risen Cheat Codes (PC Version)

Warning: Using cheat codes can take away from the challenge and enjoyment of Risen. But, if you're set on it, here's a guide.

Activating Cheats

To activate cheats in Risen, follow these steps:

1. Type the word "minsky" (without quotes) in the running game and press Enter. You might need to try a few times.
2. You'll see a message saying "Test Mode Activated." Now, press the tilde key (`~`) to open the console.

General Cheats

• god - Enables god mode (invincibility).
• god off - Disables god mode.
• full - Restores your health and mana.
• IsoView - Enables isometric camera view (press again to disable).

Item Spawning

To spawn items in Risen, you need their specific codes. Here are some examples:

• ITMW_01H_SWORD_01 - Spawns a basic sword.
• ITMW_02H_AXE_01 - Spawns a basic axe.
• ITAM_01 - Spawns healing potion.
• ITAM_02 - Spawns mana potion.
• Find a complete list of item codes online by searching for "Risen item codes."

Character Editing (Advanced)

**Warning:** Editing your character can be complex and lead to issues. Use with caution!

In Marvin Mode (`F2`):

• insert ch - Opens the Character Helper menu (in German). It allows modifying attributes and skills, but it's not user-friendly.
• There are also specific codes for character edits (like changing class). Search for "Risen character edit codes" for details.
