How to activate?

1. Press ~ to open console then type cheat.

Player commmands:

1. player.additem item code quantity - Adds an item to the player's inventory
2. player.addperk perk code - Adds a perk to the player
3. player.addspell spell code - Adds a spell to the player's spell list
4. player.setav attribute code value - Sets the value of the specified attribute for the player
5. player.setlevel value - Sets the player's level to the specified value
6. player.modav attribute code value - Modifies the value of the specified attribute for the player
7. player.setscale value - Sets the player's scale to the specified value
8. player.resethealth - Restores the player's health to maximum
9. player.setav carryweight value - Sets the player's carrying capacity to the specified value

Time commands:

1. set gamehour to value - Sets the in-game hour to the specified value
2. set timescale to value - Sets the time scale of the game world
3. set timescale to 1 - Sets the time scale to normal speed
4. set timescale to value - Sets the time scale to the specified value

Weather commands:

1. fw weather ID - Changes the current weather to the specified type
2. sw weather ID - Changes the current weather to the specified type, with a smooth transition
3. fw 10e1e0 - Sets the weather to clear
4. fw 1b64e - Sets the weather to cloudy
5. fw 155d2 - Sets the weather to rainy
6. fw 1c1a7 - Sets the weather to foggy

Other commands:

1. tgm - Toggles god mode on and off
2. tcl - Toggles no-clip mode on and off
3. tfc - Toggles free camera mode on and off
4. movetoqt - Teleports the player to the quest target
5. tmm 1 - Reveals all locations on the map
6. tai - Toggles the AI of all non-player characters on and off
7. tcai - Toggles the combat AI of all non-player characters on and off
8. tfc 1 - Pauses the game and allows for a 360-degree camera rotation
9. killall - Kills all non-essential characters in the area
